We use the AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone) blood test, the most reliable marker of egg quantity. This is paired with an Antral Follicle Count (AFC) performed via high-resolution transvaginal ultrasound during days 2–5 of your cycle. 

2. Hormonal and General Health Screening 

A detailed hormonal profile (FSH, LH, Estradiol, Prolactin) helps us understand the synchronization of your reproductive system. We also screen for infectious diseases and thyroid function, as the thyroid significantly impacts fertility. 

3. Tubal and Uterine Evaluation 

To ensure a clear path for natural or assisted conception, we perform:
